What is your refund policy?

All consultation deposits are required to be paid when booking your appointment. Consultations are free if you make a purchase with us during your appointment.

• If you purchase a product or service during your meeting, you’re eligible for a 100% refund.
• If you don’t make a purchase but attended the meeting, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel, no-show or arrive 10 minutes or more late, there will be no refund.
